SPIRITUAL PRESENCE was written following the 150th Anniversary Celebrations of St. Saviour's Anglican Parish, Glen Osmond, South Australia. It profiles an Australian Christian parish as recorded by the clergy and laity. Contributors provide comments on issues of the church, local history, applied Christian faith in society, art, music, education, science, the bible and theology, women in the church, parish development, personal spirituality and the future of Christianity.

The book should appeal to an Australia-wide readership. The fourteen chapters in the book have arisen from the life of the congregation and have been written by members of the St. Saviour's Church Community.

Bill Roediger, surgeon-scientist and John Littleton, parish priest combined editorially to develop themes on parish life and organization particularly that which has evolved at Glen Osmond over 150 years into the 21 st century.
